Brotherhood – New Order
There’s something about New Order. I can’t quite put my finger on it. Sure, they’re miles ahead of their time, musically speaking. Yes, they’re as Northern as biscuits and their style oozes Manchester like a septic wound.
But I still only like a couple of their albums. This isn’t one of them. I have five New Order albums. Four of which I have solely because I’m trying to find the album I liked that I had on a cassette tape someone left in a car I had once.
This isn’t it, but this is the first of those five albums.
Theres something about New Order. Oh yeah…thats it…a lot of their work sounds the same. To me anyway. What do you think?
